Uganda: Urban Greens welcomes visitors for open day

On May 24th, Urban Greens opened its doors for the very first Urban Greens Family Day.

"What a beautiful day it was! A big green thumbs up to everyone who took the time to visit us and explore the world of urban farming," said the company in a statement.

"From toddlers to grandparents, our guests could experience a full day of discovery, guided tours through our hydroponic and aquaponic gardens, and activities for the kids like fish feeding, seedling planting, and even a creative station to paint your own seedling cup."

Visitors also got to taste Urban Greens products at our tasting table, featuring the company's salads, fresh pesto, and dried fruits.
